About Us - Wayne S. Lesher IV

Wayne S Lesher IV Company (WLC) has been building and remodeling homes in Central Pennsylvania for more than 25 years. Wayne Lesher, owner, is involved in every project that his company undertakes to ensure that client expectations and needs are met.

After focusing his attention on home building and general remodeling, Wayne recently decided to expand his business to provide home modifications for individuals who are aging or individuals with disabilities.

Because of his commitment to doing the job right, Wayne invested time and resources to enroll in the National Association of Home Builders University of Housing. There he learned strategies and techniques for designing, and building aesthetically enriching, barrier-free living environments. This program goes beyond universal design; CAPS addresses the communication and technical needs to a specific market. Wayne completed the training and received his “Certified Aging in Place Specialist” designation in August 2008
