"I first met wayne when I was doing extensive remodeling of a very old home , circa 1860 , in New Bloomfield. Throughout the creative process wayne offered good ideas and products, and was able to understand the type of home atmosphere I was interested in making. After a few years I contacted Wayne to install new siding and shutters , remove the old porch and replace it with maintenance free materials. Just last year I was interested in building a garage and wanted it to match my house. I did this time solicit other builders to get their ideas and pricing. Wayne developed several option plans for the garage and was the only one to provide me with an itemized estimate. Although Wayne was not the least expensive I chose to work with him again because of the work he had done for me in the past. I am very pleased with the outcome of the garage and again he came a little under the budget and completed the job on schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend Wayne for any building or renovation projects"
